Restorative Yoga
An opportunity for deep rest, guided by Lis, supported by doTERRA essential oils. You will enjoy gentle movement, breath work and guided meditation, using lots of props to enable you to fully relax
The practices of Yoga and Ayurveda go hand in hand beautifully, each supporting the other. Both practices stem from the same Vedic system of wellness that originated thousands of years ago, they have the same underlying principles and beliefs that encourage a holistic approach to wellbeing

I began my own Yoga journey in 2002, having suffered from excruciating cluster headaches for months I decided to see if Yoga could help. Not only did it cure my headaches it also began to take away the aches and pains I had for years in my knees. Although I “found” yoga looking for help for physical ailments, I quickly came to realise the huge benefits to my emotional and mental well being too

My wish is to share Yoga with my local community and encourage you to attend a class where you listen to your body, not just my guidance, finding a Yoga practice you can share in class and also take away into your every day life. Recognising that Yoga isn't just about moving but about breath, stillness, connection, how we live our lives, kindness, compassion and nurturing

My journey into yoga began over twenty years ago and since then I’ve continuously expanded my knowledge and expertise. I’m a seasoned yoga instructor with extensive training and certifications in various yoga and movement disciplines: Hatha Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga, and I’ve worked extensively with Clinical Somatics. My comprehensive background ensures that each of my Yoga Retreats is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and mindfulness
My retreats are a sanctuary where you can explore your yoga practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my holistic approach will guide you towards greater health, harmony, and inner peace

I’m passionate about guiding you toward balance in body, mind, and spirit, helping you feel vibrant and aligned with your natural rhythms. I believe wellness doesn’t have to be complicated; small, practical changes can bring profound transformations and fit effortlessly into your daily life
I have a special interest in all aspects of women’s health and also longevity, supporting you through life’s transitions with practical tools tailored to your specific needs
